Last blog of 2023 "Prophecy"

 Luke 17: 34-35

I tell you, in that night there will be two men on one bed; the one will be taken, and the other will be left. Two women will be grinding together; the one will be taken, and the other will be left.

The bibles give us an illustration on how the rapture will happen. You and I can not tell who will be caught up and rapture away because it's only God who knows the state of the heart.  But, what will happen is that husband and wife will go to bed one night and one will be taken, but the other will remain. Two friends will be walking and talking, and in the twinkling of an eye, one will be taken and one will be left behind. In all of these occasions it's only the person who is pure in heart the one that will be taken, it's the one who lives for Jesus and under the guidance and influence of the holy spirit. It doesn't matter if your spouse prays or your husband is a big giver when Jesus.

Not everybody is going up in the rapture. Unbelievers will be left behind. Some believers will have backslidden and will be left behind.  We cannot afford to be ignorant concerning the second coming of Jesus Christ. We should be looking forward to the second coming of Christ. You should be longing to be caught up in the air with the son of God.

All of the followers of Jesus Christ should focus on living a life that honors God in preparation for his second coming. “But concerning the times and seasons, you have no need that I should write to you. For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night”.

The similarity of the days of Noah and today are very similar. Sin is everywhere. However the word is not more corrupted today by sin than 500 years ago.

Readers of Butterfly by grace “Mommy and daughter blog”. As 2023 comes to an end we want to Thank you for your support in 2023. Thank you for taking the time to read our daily devotionals. As Butterfly by Grace was a vision that God gave me through the pandemic; ever since God gave me this vision I have been writing everything that God has been revealing. I pray as the year 2023 comes to an end you understand the importance that Jesus is returning soon. Seek him while he can be found. Don't take your walk with God lightly and please seek him in the year 2024. Many prophetic things are going to take place in 2024-2025. “Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secrets unto his servants the prophets”.

2024 we are going to see much more sin, homosexuality will increase, there will be more homosexuality in church and in gospel singers, many countries will have to fight and take down their flags, There will be many countries burning flags, we are going to see much more false prophets rise up, there will be families divided more than ever, many will turn away from christ, many gospel singers will give their lives to God, Christians gospels, pay attention, you will see how they will turn away from the truth.

Many famous preachers will turn their gospel much more into prosperity and sugarcoated messages. Leaders will start creating clothes with their names. “Jesus turned over the tables of the moneychangers and the benches of the ones who were selling doves”. Something big is really going to impact not only our churches but our nation, cyber security, social media ect.. Stand firm and be watchful. “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come”. 2024 raise your voice and preach the gospel with fire and power. 2024 time to become a true fisher of people.

There will be many more earthquakes, tornados in places never heard,  than ever, and catastrophes. “We know that the whole creation has been grooming as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present”. There will be a little union in governments, presidents; looking for one leader (antichrist) financial crisis and seeking peace, looking for a leader to bring a solution global, the dollar will no longer be good, but take heart readers. They are pushing for digital coins 2024 will be strong in the months of January, February and March. You will see many leaders depart from truth,  you will also see many will be taken down from the altar.

There will be an increase of technology with the IG, technology unites each day more with the darkness, be aware of the Netflix movies, tv shows and commercials. Witchcraft, pornography, and homosexuality, will increase in Netflix. Be aware of what your children are watching. “If your eye causes you to stumble and sin, pluck it out and throw it away from you; it is better for you to enter life with only one eye, than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fiery hell”.

Seek God and pray. Ask God to examine your hearts, there is no time left to play with God. 2024 is not for Sunday church people, It is not for lukewarm Christians. Open your eyes and get ready. “Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience”.

Do not worry about those who are still preaching prosperity because God can not be mocked. Instead pray for them. There will be increased hate toward the Israel nation. As believers we should not curse what God has blessed. Let's continue to pray for Israel and Blesse Israel everyday.  Take more time to pray because this year 2024, in a blink of an eye you will see 20224 come to an end. “Because of the increased wickedness, the love of most will grow cold and the days will be shorter”. You will see how the schools will bring a different teaching to your children.

I pray for God discernment, and awaken to many who claim to be his followers. Pray and get ready with your family. Get ready with food, shelter and emergency supplies. “Immanuel, God with us”.

Lets pray,

Father God as 2023 close I come to you asking for your confirmation of this warning of today. I pray for true revelation. Help us get closer to you. Let us repent. We pray for a revival in us. We pray for humbleness and a clean heart. Let us be ready watching and praying. Forgive our ignorance. Forgive us for not watching. Forgive us for taking so light our walk. Forgive us for being so ungrateful and forgive us for being a lukewarm Christians. Today we come to you in humbleness, Lord, let our heart be clean. “In that day the remnant of Israel, the survivors of Jacob, will no longer rely on him who struck them down but will truly rely on the Lord, the Holy one of Israel”. “Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of the prophecy, and keep the things that are written therein: for the time is at hand”. Lord, help us not having spots or wrinkles or any such things that should be holy and without blemish. I pray for a real awakening and real revival that starts in your home and later your family can see the light of God. In the name of Jesus.

WAKE UP & BE AWARE OF THE WARNINGS!

 Isaiah 5::20

“Woe (judgment is coming) to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness;
Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter".

Through the bible God has given us many different warnings. That aren't meant to bring fear into our lives, but rather lives these warnings are meant to push us into action they should keep us alert. I believe that although warnings don't always give us  the greatest or most positive thought for feelings, they often serve to spare us from unnecessary hardships and pain.

The word woe in the bible means great sorrow or distress. The bible is in disapproval of those who substitute good for evil. Holiness for un holiness. Woe to those who call sinful things good things. I believe that whenever you find anyone who calls evil good, this is definitely a red flag. This is a warning that you should not associate with such a person. You should not be under the leadership of such a person their moral code is reversed. As sin is accepted as something good. This group of people can be very dangerous to your faith, leading you to sin and separate you from God. There are people who even do this through false teaching. Jesus said to his disciples: “temptations to sin are sure to come, but woe to the one through whom they come it would be better for if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were cast into the sea than that he should cause one to sin”.

Today reader I encourage you to be careful and take heed of this warning. Those who abandoned the absolute standard of God's word, you should have no dealing with those who mock what is good you should have no fellowship with. Today there are many warnings about sexual immorality. Sexual immorality is adultery, fornication and pornography. This people of God is a red flag too. If you find yourself today battling with these, turn to God today while you can still find him. “Flee from sexual immorality, every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sin against his own body”.

The bible says: “ Your body is a temple of the holy spirit”. It is a sin that attacks the body. Many people take the body lightning but God says: ”Your body is where the holy spirit resides”. Sin likes to attack your body and sexual immorality attacks this God ordained structure. Today, Be warned. This is a red flag and should not ignore this sin.

Another warning is an Idol. An idol is anything or anyone that you take  God's place. If there is anything or anyone you put first before the Lord, that is an Idol. An idol doesn't have to be placed on a shrine and the secret room of your home. An idol can also be the love of money, or the love of materialistic possessions, It can be the love of yearning, of the applause of men. Anything that you Love more than God; that thing has become your idol. “You shall not make yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is sin in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth For I the Lord your God an a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children on the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me”. Exodus 20:3

God will not stand for any idols in your life. As children of God we need to examine our hearts. Make sure that we have no idols in our lives that take away God. This is very simple: “God will not tolerate it”.

Final flag: It is what you are listening to and what you are receiving. The bible also gives us a warning. “For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine and accurate instruction [that challenges them with God’s truth]; but wanting to have their ears tickled [with something pleasing], they will accumulate for themselves [many] teachers [one after another, chosen] to satisfy their own desires and to support the errors they hold, and will turn their ears away from the truth and will wander off into myths and man-made fictions [and will accept the unacceptable].  But as for you, be clear-headed in every situation [stay calm and cool and steady], endure every hardship [without flinching], do the work of an evangelist, fulfill [the duties of] your ministry”. II Timothy

Today we are surrounded with many people who like to hear one side of the bible and not the other. We all want to hear about faith and Joy, we all love to be told the Lord is my shepherd and I shall not want. We love to hear that “God is a God of impossible”. We love to hear that “we are more than conquerors”. How many people are really afraid of the word of God? We will all have to be accountable for every word and every action we say. Many people today are not receptive to the word of God that tells us: “God will not be mocked” God is consuming fire. We need to take the word of God as it is, not pick and choose.  Let's seed the gospel that preaches repentance and encourages righteous living.

Let pray,

Father God, thank you for allowing us to repent. Thank you for love, and mercy. Today we ask for forgiveness. We ask to allow us to repent and turn to you. We know that there are many bible warnings. Let us not be the ones who are only listeners and followers. God we know that the time is near. Help us get closer to you and identify these warnings into our life. We love you and we repent. Thank you for your forgiveness, love and thank you for the wake up call into my life. In the name of Jesus. Amen…

Peer Pressure in the Church

He who walks as a companion with wise men will be wise, But the companions of conceited, dull witted fools are fools themselves and will experience harm.

Proverbs 13 20

The Bible warns us not to get caught In the way of evildoers. In my walk with God, I have learned to remove myself from ungodly people, so that God can use me. Someone once said: “Show me who your friends are, and I'll tell you who you are”. The bibles tell us to “Be imitators of God”. Jesus told his disciples, “whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me” (Mathew 16:24).

I wonder if you ever found yourself in a situation, with a group of people and the behavior turns from being rowdy, good fun to crossing a line that you are uncomfortable with? As followers of Jesus Christ we need a mindset of strength and discipline so that we can stay strong in faith, no matter what situation we find ourselves in. “Watch and pray, that you enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak”.

Growing up I was very selective with friends. My childhood friend has been around for more than 38 years for the Glory of God. I recently found another very good friend from middle school through facebook. She was a close friend in middle school and I praise God for reuniting us again. We speak everyday since we found each other through our middle school reunion. I have a very special sister in Christ who I met in my walk with God. Those who stay and teach us the value of being a follower of Jesus Christ. Those that you can pray with in time of trouble.

My father used to say: “A friend is like a dollar in your pocket. The word friend is defined as:”Mutual Unconditional love”. In life we get to meet different people, and every single person will have a purpose. Some people are meant to stay in your life, others are going to leave, others are going to teach you a lesson, and others are going to be removed by God. We all have co-workers that become very close, colleagues, and mentors that come to bring a lesson.

We all went to school with someone that we remember as a trouble maker or a bully. Just like in today's society there was bullying and drama in school. There were two kinds of groups. They were the kind of group where you needed to be like them, walk, act, laugh at their jokes, and most importantly you needed their approval. On the other hand there were groups of those who had good academics. If you didn't have good grades you couldn’t be part of their group. In today’s society we see peer pressure in the house of the Lord. Unfortunately, people do not always make the best choices, and sometimes this can cause many new believers to stumble and be part of these toxic groups.

The beginning of my ministry was tough. I believe some leaders are born, but more are made. As leaders we navigate forgiving people and trusting them. I believe that in my ministry I was trained in the battlefield. I learned to be an imitator of Jesus and not people. I stay away from the companions of fools, there is nothing we can learn from them. This does not please God.

Before I was ordained pastor, I saw many groups inside the church. I learned that this is a sin. You expect for those in your group to behave the way you do. I learned that these groups are more like a fraternity initiation inside church. These groups expect for you to sit with them to damage someone else's reputation. These groups will not want you to be a friend, to those who they do not consider friends. These groups of people think that they are the only group that God can use.  Sadly, they think that they are the only spiritual and holy group inside the church. They get mad if they don't get picked in the church event. They want to shine in front of men. Sounds familiar? The bible is very clear when it says: “Blessed is the one who does not walk with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is the law of the Lord, Psalm 1:1 This is a sin and we need to repent. “Do not pay attention to every word people say, or you may hear your servant cursing you for you know in your heart that many times you yourself have crushed others”. Ecclesiastes 7:21-22.

“He will place his sheep on his right the place of honor, and the goats on his left the place of rejection”. Where do you want to be when Jesus returns? Often when we fall into peer pressure, it is due to our desire for acceptance or other’s approval. I was very athletic growing up and was always involved in sports. I did track, participated in school activities, and I played professional volleyball. I did not have many friends. As much as I tried to win their love, fit in, or have many friends like everyone did, I was never involved in groups. Since I was a little girl God always gave me dreams. I always saw how God warned me. I didn’t understand this until I gave my life to Christ. I didn’t not only see others in my dreams, God also warned me to repent of my sin. Unfortunately, as a new believer I felt in this trap before. God warned me through many dreams. I saw so much destruction, division, evil, betrayal, I never understood, until I was in that same position. That's when God removed many leaders and those who I consider friends. It took me some time to recover from the pain; “You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives”. Indeed. Hallelujah:)

In my ministry I learned to remove myself more to pray more. It’s so easy to be caught feeding in and listening to gossip. There are many of these fools all around us. They can really destroy with their tongue.

Peer pressure can sometimes lead us to ungodly actions of sinning. People eventually realize that intimidating others to feel important is manipulative and insecure. Those who have been followers will usually realize it is more important to follow Jesus' standards and ways than to follow people. Unfortunately, there has been a culture of peer pressure in church that can be manipulative leaders to keep toxic secrets in the dark. These groups are the ones that divide our church today. They choose themselves in church activities and become pastors friends, later divide and separate the church. I've seen people come together to destroy others' reputation. Let's not be overcome by these fools who want to destroy and divide the church today. If you know anyone like this, stay away. Separate from the corruption of gossip and peer pressure groups, But pray for their hearts.

Don't allow these sinful things to take away your crown of life. “A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who breathes out lies will perish”.

In today's blog, I want all my readers to understand the importance of being the light of this world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. We all have been under peer pressure. It is time for the church to break every chain of peer pressure inside the church. As believers we need to check our hearts. This is ungodly.  Are we honoring God with our actions or are we following others?

Lets, pray,

Father God, forgive us for being part of peer pressure. We have sin against you God. Forgive our spiritual  immaturity and spiritual blindness. Today we humble ourselves knowing that you are a merciful God, Even when we sin and gossip you are still God you are still king. Help us see this sin for what it is, hateful, hurtful, and ultimately sin that separates us from you. Father God, change our hearts. Take everything that is toxic and has been impending our spiritual growth. Lord, give the word a greater affection for you. Help the world love you so much that it brings real repentance and real breakthrough. God you are a father and love all the sinners, but you don't love sin. We want the world to see that Jesus transforms lives.

Lord forgive us for the time that we were blind and try to fit in. Forgive us for the times we participated in all the evil actions. Holy spirit move, in a way that only you can. Holy Spirit move through social media and let people feel your immense love. In the name of Jeus, Amen.

Be Still!

“Be still and know (recognize, understand) that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth.” Psalm 46:10

When the bible tell you be still: It means stop everything your doing, stop worrying, stop fighting,  stop resisting and yielding to God. Start listening to God. There is something about stillness. I truly believe that this verse is calling us to Be Still before the Lord. We need to direct all of our attention, focus to the Lord.  Spending time to know the Lord, spending time in the presence of Jesus Christ you begin to stay still and rest in his promise.

In Butterfly by Grace “Mommy and Daughter blog” we want to encourage people to spend time in the presence of God. It is only in those one to one encounters can one get a personal revelación of who God truly is. In those moments, we can be empowered and encouraged. The courage to face today's world and stand up for Christ. The courage to stand up to the devil and declare that Jesus Christ is Lord.

The bible presents us the story of two gardens. The garden of Eden and the garden of Gethsemane. We know Adam and Eve disobeyed God. But, in Gethsemane Jesus said: “Nevertheless not as I will, but your will be done”. In Gethsemane we learn the consequences that we can face, if we are disobedient. In the garden Adam and Eve listened to the wrong voices. On the contrary Jesus took a stand and obeyed the voice of God the father. Adam, where are you? Génesis 3:9

In Eden Adam hid from God, In Gethsemane Jesus prayed for his father's will. Today, I'm trying to demonstrate how the devil aims to make sure that you disobey God. Don't feel for what the enemy tells you. All he knows is to lie since the beginning and distract you with negatively.

Readers, separate from others, separate from all distractions and seek God for help. Seek and pray and you will find him, he will rescue you from all enemies attack. When we are still before God we need to realize his majesty and power. God should be first.  Be like God separate from others to pray.  So today, our blog message is to stand strong in the Lord.

Life is unpredictable, you never know what will get thrown your way. You never know what tomorrow may bring. I have met people whose lives changed in an instant because of one bad decision.  Have you ever experienced peace and safety and in the next moment all hell breaks loose? So what do you do? Who do you run to? When life puts you through the fire,  run to Jesus. Get closer to Jesus. Turn to God and not to the world.  “ Be Still”.

“The Lord is good, he is a stronghold in times of trouble and he knows who trusts in him”.  A day of trouble will come to all of us. The bible tells us there is a refuge, a place to hide when the day of trouble comes and that place is in God.

‭‭Revelation‬ ‭12:11‬ ‭AMP‬‬

And they overcame and conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, for they did not love their life and renounce their faith even when faced with death.

Let's pray,

Lord Jesus you are my great defender, you are my mighty protector help us, rescue us Jesus. Give us the strength to stand firm in prayer and wait while I stay still. Your word tells me that I can overcome the devil by the blood of the Lamp and the word of my testimony. Today we plead the blood of Jesus Christ over my family and over my life. Lord, help us through the moment of storms.  You are king and you are victorious. I will stay still, because you Lord have overcome. I pray that you empower us today when the spirit of fear is weak and afraid. We are blessed and we rejoice, we submit and surrender to you Almighty God. We humble ourselves to you Lord. I pray that you help us set aside self righteous pride, help us to set aside that makes us believe that we are strong on our own. We cast all of our worries and surrender it all to you Lord.  Today, we choose to be still. Thank you for listening to our prayer. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Hallelujah!

I Love You, Lord, my strength. Psalm 18:1 ♡

I Love You, Lord. Day and night; In good and bad, On rainy or cloudy days.  When prayers are answered, and when they are not. I Love you Lord.

What trials are you facing? Jesus understands your pain and longs to be the One you cling to through good times and bad. You can choose to look elsewhere for comfort, or you can use your hardship as an opportunity to connect with God.

As beautiful as this season is, there is also this emptiness and uncomfortable sadness that, “For we know that the whole creation has been moaning together as in the pains of childbirth until now”.

I have learned and trained myself to worship, praise God, and have a joyful and grateful heart. I have been a soprano worshiper for some time now. As a little girl, I used to pretend my brush was the microphone and sing. Singing karaoke freestyle music with my cousins for fun. In times of cleaning, I pumped up my music and worshiped the Lord. There were times that worship brought me to my knees with the broom or even with my cleaning gloves.

Today's blog, I'd like to ask every reader to stop what they're doing and praise God. Let's Thank God for his continuous favor. Do you remember when you prayed for what you have?

Sometimes we are in so much pain and sorrow, that we have forgotten about his work. Today, I want you to consider stop asking and say: “Thank you. LORD for this process and even when you don't understand, don't ask God to take away your affliction, ask him to give you knowledge and strength to stand firm in prayer and supplication. Today, just say: thank You. Tell him how much you love him.

Can you imagine if your children will ask and ask but not thank you for anything? When you are mad at your children, Do you stop loving them? When they don’t behave or do the things you want, Do you stop Loving them? The answer is, No. But, yet. You still praise them.

“If you then, evil (sinful by nature) as you are, know how to give good and advantageous gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven [perfect as He is] give what is good and advantageous to those who keep on asking Him”. Matthew 7:11

I have learned in this walk, that my grateful heart, my praise to the Lord, can do more than complaining and asking. I learned that while I worship the Lord, God answered; not because I deserve it, but because of my praise to God.

Let's just say Thank you Lord. In times of trouble, be thankful. Look around, taste and see how good the Lord is. We can have thankful hearts towards our heavenly father even when we do not feel thankful for the circumstances. Maybe, today there is pain and sorrow, maybe grieve but, you can still be thankful.

Let's pray,

Father God, I'm sorry for my sins. Please forgive my ungrateful heart.  You are king. There is nothing impossible for you and nothing too big or small for you. I don't want to ask, instead I want to thank you for your favor, Love, Mercy, and forgiveness. Thank you Father God,  for our daily bread, thank you for the provision. Thank you for giving us a new opportunity in life. Thank you for your gospel,  thank you for the cross. Thank you for family and thank you for friends. Thank you for Israel. Thank you for the leaders. Thank you for our shelter and clothing, thank you because your word is a lamp to our feet. Forgive us Lord, if we have not seen your everyday goodness. I love you, holy spirit. Jesus, Pour your spirit in us. Thank you because you reign above it all, over the universe and over every heart there is no higher name. Every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under earth, and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Thank you, Jesus, I love you.  In Jesus name. Amen…..

~Hallelujah ♡

Turbulence Be Still!

The men wondered in amazement, saying.”What kind of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him? Mathew 8:27 AMP

"I have found my faith stretching its arms in every turbulence of life". ~Unknown

Have you ever experienced any turbulence? According to the national weather service turbulence is one of the most unpredictable of all the weather phenomena that are of significance to pilots all around the world. Turbulence is an irregular motion of air. It may be as insignificant as a few annoying bumps or severe enough to momentarily throw an airplane out of control or to cause structural damage.

In 1995, I earned my first degree; and graduated from tourism and travel. I was given an opportunity to train as a flight attendant. My training took place in Memphis, Tennessee for six months through Northwest airline and later Continental airlines. I don't  recall training for moments of turbulence. Turbulence is common and most pilots are well trained for it. Periods of turbulence last an average of 10 to 15 minutes. I know for many, turbulence can be very uncomfortable. This might feel like a longer than normal flight.

Just like being on a plane while going through moments of turbulence, life can hit us with  turbulence moments that feel like a lifetime.  We don't like curve balls, we definitely don't like to be tested. The bible says: “When you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness, and let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing”.

In life we experience turbulent moments and it is not a good feeling. Turbulence always happens when you are the least prepared and unexpected. Someone once said “Turbulence means nothing if God is the pilot”. Everyday we are faced with turbulence that takes our breath away. Life can be full of unexpected turbulence and you might feel like you're on a roller coaster. You don't even know how it started and what took you to that point. We must trust God as our pilot. You are probably facing a storm at this moment. Like the abrupt knock you around blasts of air that seems to randomly attack airplanes. Life includes trials, troubles and tribulations which can shake you up and threaten your stability.

The bible tells us that as they crossed the sea, a storm with winds so great that the disciples thought they would die. Jesus was sleeping. His disciples were so scared of the storm and that they rushed to wake up Jesus and ask him “Why didn't you care? Another translation says: “Teacher, don't you care if we drown?

He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid? Jesus woke up and told the storm to be still and the winds stopped immediately. The disciples were in shock and still lack faith that Jesus was the son of God who “Even the winds and water obey”.  The issue was not the storm but the disciples' fear of the storm. Have you ever asked God the same question as the disciples did? Lord, why have you forsaken me? Lord, do you care? Why have you abandoned me?

You are probably thinking that God has forgotten you. You feel unheard. You feel God is not answering your prayers. You cry out to God day and night, but God does not answer; and you find no rest. Jesus can relate. To be forsaken is to be lost, alone, and disconnected. Jesus cried out to the father in lonely desperation.  Jesus was bearing the sins of the world.

Are you feeling lonely, have you  experienced unexpected turbulence? Don't let the storm stop you. Keep praying and talk to your storm. "Be still and know that I am God”.

He can calm your storm. He knows what you are feeling. He understands your pain. He knows it hurts. Do not be dismayed. There are times that our little unbelieve and lack of faith; don't allow us to stay calm in the storm. Today, I like you to increase your faith as a mustard seed. “If  you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, move from here to there, and it will move”.

The God that I know can calm your storm, God cares for you and your family.  He is the author of my story and the one and only that the wind and sea obey! “Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.

Let's pray!

Father God, when I feel lonely, remind me that you will never forsake me. Please comfort me with your presence. Cultivate my heart a place where I am well with being quiet, alone, and still while knowing that you are in my storm with me. Father, come into my heart. Give me the strength and clarity of mind to find my purpose and walk the path you've laid out for me. Father God, calm my storm, calm my turbulence, I know that even the sea and winds obey you Lord. There is nothing impossible for you.  I trust your Love God, and know that you will help me through  this storm. In Jesus name. Amen.

Fear Not!

 ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭41:10‬ ‭AMP‬‬🦋

Do not fear [anything], for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, be assured I will help you; I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand [a hand of justice, of power, of victory, of salvation].’

Growing up as a little girl I always felt fear. I didn’t feel safe. I was scared of everything and everyone. I was very frightened of my parents. I used to wake up under the bed or in my siblings' closet. I was jumpy and nervous. I grew up in a violent home, where I heard much screaming and witnessed things get out of control. There was screaming and alcohol for everything, as a result it would turn physical and at times very scary for a little girl. I was only 9. I remember begging and asking to stop. Unfortunately, no one cared and I had no one to look out for me, therefore, I had to hide under bed and wait for one of my oldest siblings to come home after partying. Neglected childhood experiences can set our brains to constantly fear. What happens when home is scary? When our family we are growing up in becomes the very place that represents home and hearth feels threatening? For these reasons, fear during childhood when we have not yet developed maturity has a stronger effect than at  others  in time.  Parents are supposed to protect their children. But, what happens when they don’t? We had wealth and a beautiful house. Money was the lease of problems. My dad was well known. He had many employees, secretaries and fame at the time.  None of that helped my distress and fear that I grew up with. At times I ran to my best friend's house crying and desperately seeking help. Because I had fear of death and fear of finding a tragedy. I had no one to protect me because I was a little girl and the youngest so I didn't have a choice. I was broken, I asked God many times “where are you” “I'm scared” “Help me”.  Today, I can look back without any doubt or hesitation and see that it was all God's plan. “You intended to harm me, but, God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the savings of many lives”. Genesis 50:20. I forgiven my parents and siblings. Who the son sets free is free indeed. “ Fear Not”. “I already helped You”.

Traumatic childhood events can lead to mental health and behavioral problems later in life. Today,  I stand firm with the full armor of God to fight against the devil schemes. I refuse to repeat the generations of curses of my family, I continue to “Break Every Chain”. I strive to be the best mother I can be, I refuse to repeat any negative behavior or general curses to my children and the children of my children.  My house is a safe home. Jesus is the center of it all. “As for me and my household we will serve the Lord”.

People may be afraid of rollercoasters, cats, clowns, spiders or the dark. Is not about having the fear feeling, it is about not allowing the spirit of fear to stop you. The devil wants us to live in fear. He wants us to live useless lives in fear after fear. God wants you to be brave and bold.  Readers, “Do Not be Afraid”. It has been said in the Bible more than 600 times in different ways and different translations. One translation impacted me because it says: “Fear Not, Because I already helped you”.  Fear Not, Do not be afraid, Be fearless. “Fear Not”. It is so critical and so important that God wants us to hold on to his promise without fear of the future. Fear is a thief. As you read this blog today I want you to read this statement out loud. Fear Not, “God says he is with me all of the days of my life”.  The devil wants you to be afraid because you failed or made a mistake before. But, God wants you to fear not. Do not look around and dismay because he is with you. Stop looking around and start looking up. Every time we go through trials it makes us a little stronger. There is fear of the facts of life, fear of the future, fear of danger, fear of the past, fear of losing a job, fear of losing your home, fear of health,  fear of losing a loved one, fear of a sudden or unexplained pain that brings fear. Some people fear the loss of posesiones, fear of losing self esteem, fear of being criticized, fear of what others think about you, fear of exposure, fear of being disliked, fear of death, fear of the unknown. This is the era of fear and anxiety. Someone said “when fear knocks at your door, send faith and no one will be there”. Fear is a demonic spirit; it is not from God. Fear is the enemy's favorite tool to destroy today’s Christianity. Fear is keeping you from making progress and moving forward, fear makes you weak and insecure. Fear makes you see and hear things that are not true. Fear is a liar, because it leads you to forget all that God has done. One description of fear that I like says “Fear creates a cloud that makes you think you are alone”. “It creates a cloud that makes you blind to God's promises and his word”. Fear and faith do not mix. Jesus Christ demanded the church to “Fear Not”.  Fear is mentioned in the Bible over 600 times is no small subject. from Genesis to Revelation we hear this commandment “Fear Not”. The same command was given to Abraham, Israel, Moises and David. This command was given to Daniel when he was put into the lion's cage, and to Jerusalem. The angel Gabriel gave this command to Mary, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God”.  Definition of fear is “Fear is false evidence appearing real”. Fear manifests in today's society. We see anxiety disorders and stress related diseases. People are anxious about their job security, worried about their financial situation, stressed about their marriages. The Bible tells us that “God has not given us a spirit of fear, instead power and of Love”. The Bible says fear is a spirit. Remember God is sovereign, he is in control. The devil is the warlock of worry, he is a liar. The world seems to be in chaos like things are occurring haphazardly. Yet, in reading the Bible, we see God knows about fear. If we don’t believe that our God does not give us the spirit of fear but you find that there is a spirit of fear in your life, then you know who did. If the spirit of fear is stopping you, then there is something he doesn’t want you to have, He wants you to be distracted from your dreams and goals. Keep pressing forward. Because, today I’m telling you: “Fear Not, he is with you and you are not alone you are going to make it.

Do not be afraid. Press through and do not give up. Many people have a theory that God is with everyone else; but they don’t believe that God is with them. Today let go of fear and hold on to faith. Pray with me.

Put on the armor of God!

"Therefore put on the armor of God” Ephesians 6:13

The bible says when the day of evil comes. Other translations says “In the day of evil”. The bible has given us a clue that there is a day of evil that comes to all. A day when the enemy attacks. A day when the devil aims a fiery dart in your direction. But before that evil day comes, put on the full armor of God. So before the attack, before the fight, before the battle we already should’ve put the full  armor of God. This is what we call preparing for war in times of peace. God”s word tells us about spiritual welfare and the principalities we wrestle with. Ephesians 6: it’s warning us to prepare ourselves because there will be a battle in your life at some point. This might present to us in various forms, but is still a battle nonetheless. “The Lord is my rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle”. When we keep our eyes on Jesus he will never forsake us nor leave us. Imagine if our Lord would leave us to fight alone? He has never lost a battle. We have authority and power over the darkness that's in the  world. The battle requires prayer, fasting, and dedication to the  continuous reading of the Bible. Do not intend to fight this battle on your own. We need to seek and ask God for discernment and knowledge. People of God, let us not be spiritual blind. Let us not ignore the enemy darts.

Let's encourage each other to stand our ground in faith. “Resist the devil and he will flee”. Spiritual blindness is unable to see the truth of God. Jesus opened physical and spiritual blindness John 9:39. Readers we must stay alert and awake following Jesus Christ our Savior our king our God Almighty and wholeheartedly trust in him to fight your battle. As Jesus said “ I am the light of the world. Who ever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light  of life”. Today I pray that God gives you peace, understanding and comfort.  May our eyes be opened, our hearts softened, our faith firm in Jesus.

God bless you, he has won the victory for you. He is the risen king. Hallelujah

Praise !

“Brothers and sisters, I do not consider that I have made it my own yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians‬ ‭3‬:‭13‬-‭14‬ ‭AMP‬‬

I like to invite you today to just press on. God is faithful to empower you to stand strong and victorious and not to be defeated. Remember Jesus is victorious over satan, he is victorious over death, hell and the grave. This is good news for us. If we have accepted Jesus Christ into our hearts then we too can walk on victory. When the bills are paid, when there's money in the bank, when there’s plenty to laugh and be happy about, Do you remember to say Thank you, Lord? I know where you brought me from, I remember when it wasn’t like this. But, how about you’re struggling?  Work is tough, or the business isn’t performing well and you have big problems after problems. Do you still say Thank you, Lord .

We might be hard pressed on every side, but we are not crushed, we may be perplexed, but we are not in despair. Persecuted, but not forsaken. We might be struck down, but not destroyed. In Acts 16 Paul and Silas they didn’t see the prison they were in. They didn’t focus on the guards, the chains or the fact that they were uncomfortable. They focus on God.  “But about midnight when Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns of praise to God, and the prisoners were listening to them; suddenly there was a great earthquake, so [powerful] that the very foundations of the prison were shaken and at once all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were unfastened.” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭16‬:‭25‬-‭26‬ ‭AMP‬‬  As we praise and thank God in advance, we will experience a sudden  movement in our situation when things will turn around. Let’s be thankful regardless of what you are facing today. How can we not thank the Lord? We are living, healthy, we are of a sound mind, we are blessed to have a family, blessed to have food on my plate, and a home. Everything is not perfect, but today readers, be thankful and continue to press on with your best praise to God. We should be believers who rejoice and Thank God Almighty, through the good and bad. Sure, the car was lost, but I thank you for having a mouth to praise God, a mouth to sing hymns of just Praise.  Maybe, you lost your job, but you still have your health. Maybe you can’t afford luxurious dining, but thank God you have never missed a meal.  “O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; For His compassion and loving kindness endure forever! Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, Whom He has redeemed from trouble,” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭107‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭AMP‬‬ if you’re in a situation that seems hopeless, you do not have to despair, you don’t have to lose heart because God has the power to grant you victory.  Today, I like to invite you to give thanks to the Lord and to praise and sing hymns to the Lord. O God of my praise! Thank you.

Jesus fights for you!
