Standing In The Gap For My Children 🦋

 ~Isaiah 49:22-26

"Behold, I will lift My hand in an oath to the nations,
And set up My  standard for the peoples; They shall bring your sons in their  arms, And your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders;  Kings shall be your foster fathers, And their queens your nursing mothers; They shall bow down to you with their faces to the earth,  And lick up the dust of your feet. Then you will know that I am the Lord,  For they shall not be ashamed who wait for Me.” Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, Or the captives [of the righteous be delivered? But thus says the Lord: “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, And the prey of the terrible be delivered; For I will contend with him who contends with you,  And I will save your children. I will feed those who oppress you with their own flesh, And they shall be drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine. All flesh shall know That I, the Lord, am your Savior, And your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.”

If I ask our readers from Butterfly by Grace “Mommy and daughter blog” What is Prayer? Jesus lived a life of prayer. He gave many tools on how and why to pray. What's prayer? According to merrian-webster.com prayer is ( such as petition ) to God or a god in word or thought, a set of words used in praying, an earnest request or wish. An act or practice of praying to God; and something prayed or wished for.  According to the bible prayer is described as seeking God's favor (Exodus 32:11), pouring out one’s soul to the Lord ( 1 Samuel 1:15), crying out to heaven (2 Chronicles 32:20), drawing near to God (Psalm 73:28) and kneeling before the Father (Ephesians 3:14).  It is the most beautiful tool that Jesus gave us.  I have the conviction that prayer works. Prayer is my conversation with God. It is where I can express my feelings without being judged, but being heard. Prayer is a spiritual communication that we all have with God, a two-way relationship in which we should not only talk to God but It's crucial that we listen to him. A prayer to our heavenly father God is like a child's conversation with his father. It is normal for a child to ask his father for the things they need.  We should never stop praying even when we do not see the results immediately. Today I want to share my favorite prayer of all is the prayer from a mother for her children. There is a mystery in a mothers prayer. There is such blessing in a mothers prayer. A mothers prayer carries authority before God. She cries out like Hannah, she wars like Deborah, and she stands like the proverbs 31 woman. Strongholds break when a mother prays, for her voice rises like an increase, and the Lord fifths for her children. When a mother kneels, God stands.  Do not ignore the powerful weapon and tools that God has anointed each and every mother. A mothers prayers carry a sound hell cannot be ignored. Her intercession rises like a trumpet in the spirit, tearing down strongholds and realizing divine protection. For the Lord remembers and answers the cry of a mother who prays. A prayer mother is like a watchman of the wall day and night she lifts her voice, and the God who neither sleeps nor slumbers guards her children. Strongholds fall at the persistence of a mother’s prayer. Heaven places weight on a mothers prayers. Her petitions are soaked in sacrifice, her words wrapped in love, and her cry moves the heart of God. No stronghold can withstand such intercession. In Butterfly by Grace Mommy and daughter by grace we want you to share my tools and my biggest accomplishment of a mothers prayer. A prayer becomes a warrior spirit. Her battlefield is the secret place, her weapon in intercession, and her victory is guaranteed for the God who hears her break every chain. Keep praying like the widow of Luke, she refuses to stop knocking. Mother raise your voice. I ask today every father and mother to raise up your hands and declare in the name of Jesus the salvation of your children.

Lets pray!

Heavenly father, life can be challenging, we all face tough moments. In these times, prayer becomes even more difficult but essential.  We repent of all sin and the sin of our children. We ask for your mercy and forgiveness. We know that we can always call upon you in need. We trust you completely that your word will not return to you void but it will accomplish what you sent it to do. Lord, we seek you today in wisdom and guidance as we stand in the gap for our children. We need your divine intervention. Holy spirit of God, help us reveal to us what we need to know and do. Teach every mother more and more each day how to stand firm on your promises. In the name of Jesus, we pled the blood of Jesus over their spirit, soul and body. In the name of Jesus we bind up the spirits of rebellion, anxiety, fear and depression.  In the name of Jesus Christ with all the authority you given me and the power of your holy name we call your pillar of fire to surround them. Break destroy every plot plan and strategy of the enemy, send your angels to guard them with a hedge of protection against the adversary. Your truth in them exposes every lie of the the devil. Allow them to remember the seed that once was planted. I stand on ground and ask that you, Lord, purify their minds from pride, resentment, bitterness, jealousy, and anger. We declare that our generation to generation our family's bloodline will not be contaminated by nor unequally yoked. We ask like Abraham a wife for our son Isaac “I will make you swear by the Lord, the God of  Heaven and the God of the earth, that you will not take a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites, Among whom I dwell; But you should go to my country and take a wife for my son Isaac.” Genesis 24:3-4 we ask you Jesus that you hand pick our daughters husband and hand pick our sons wife. We pray for a woman of fear and a woman like Proverbs 31. If any of our children are in relationship that separate them for God and go against your words in the name of Jesus I declare that you put a spirit of discouragement a spirit of shame spirit of a disgusting over these couples, I pray that you Lord will break all these strongholds and bring back our children in your arms as Isaiah 49:22-23 “they should bring your son in their arms, and your daughters will be carried on their shoulders. “I am the Lord, For they will not be put to shame who wait and hope expectantly for me”. Hallelujah Praise God. Amen and Amen.
