"Arise, shine, for your light has come"

 Mathew 10: 16:18 ðŸ’¥

16 “I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves. 17 Be on your guard; you will be handed over to the local councils and be flogged in the synagogues. 18 On my account you will be brought before governors and kings as witnesses to them and to the Gentiles.

It is certain that when God has a purpose for your life, it does not matter what the odds are. He places all the right pieces and people together to bring that purpose to fruition. If you are a mother, teacher, nurse, mentor, social worker or someone who loves to connect with people in general, God has strategically put you in place to help bring forth purpose in the lives of others. The inspiring words you give, the light love and advice you offer, and even that strong word of correction are meaningful and purposeful in someone's life. Don't allow anyone to underestimate your value for God. You are beautifully, made by a perfect God. 

Living in a fallen world where people have the opportunity to change the way they look by having their imperfections corrected by plastic surgery; looking slimmer, longer hair, color eyes and so on. We live in a world where everything is fake, and not real. People are not happy with what they have. The more they have, the more they want. It is crucial to learn to be content. "I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty". ~Philippians 4:11-13


As I say this; tears run down my cheeks. This is a world is full of Ingratitude and hypocrisy. Unfortunately, skills and education in today's society don't matter. People loves short cuts. They enjoy favoritism. They enjoy attention. Love fame. Our broken and corrupted world love blowing someone else's candles. No one wants to work hard. Everyday people lie just to get what they want. Too much church hopping. Everyone wants the things that are fast and easy. They do not know what it is to be humble. Too much AI is affecting our society. No one wants to work hard. They want to be a copycat. No one will clap for your success. New grads struggle to start a career. Companies are only hiring people with experience and discard all new university grads. Peer pressure is getting everyday more popular. We continue to preach over and over the same messages. There is no one in the gap. There is no one watching the signs. I am so ashamed. Ezra said he is ashamed for his and his nations sins. "O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, my God: for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our trespass is grown up unto the heavens." (Ezra 9:6)


In Butterfly by Grace “Mommy and Daughter blog” We want every reader to understand that God has called us to be light, to be different, but like Jesus, humble like doves. Make your own light brighter and bring many to the feet of Christ with your actions. Do what is right when no one is looking at you. The world will try to make you cheat, will try to make you use short cuts, lie just to obtain what you have been praying for. The bible tells us in Matthew 10:16-18 that we must be wise and innocent. We have to use our gifts of discerning, strategic and cautions in navigating the challenges we face. We are called innocent like doves. Other translations use the word "humble". It’s crucial to understand the times that we are living by prayer and supplications but keeping a heart, integrity and transparency in our actions. We can handle trials with prudence and righteousness using the gift of wisdom. In our trial and moments of doubt; It is important to use the guidance from God, using sound judgment, and making wise decisions in moments of doubt. Therefore, stay vigilant as the devil is looking for someone to devour. We can not act like the world. God can not be mocked. Your faith will be tested everyday! But being a follower of Jesus Christ means to stay true to our beliefs, and not compromising our values, even in adversity. “Behold, I have refined you, but not with silver. I have tested you in the furnace of affliction”.  Just because you are not seeing your promises, does not mean God is not in your story. He will fulfill his plan and purpose. Do not be shaken. Do not be discouraged. God will not leave you nor forsake you. It is time to embody wisdom and discernment. We can embrace the season with thanksgiving. You have to obey God. Stay focused on the price. If you claim that you are a child of God; then walk, speak and act like it. God can not and will not be mocked. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” Let’s not be ashamed of who we claim to be. In this world we have enough goats. Stay firm! Be the one that does not mock the word of God. Stay vigilant, of the world we live in, and cling to what is right. God will bless your obedience. I am asking all our readers to please let your actions reflect God. Don't insult God, Do not Insult Christianity. We already have all around the world too many people who are making us look bad. Because of these people who mock everyday the word of God is why there is so much divisions in Christianity. Peter reminds us in 1 Peter 3:16 that those who talk about and make fun of our good conduct in Christ are the ones who will be ashamed on the day of judgement. If you are not ashamed of Christ, and he will not be ashamed of you in that great day. Isn't that a beautiful encouragement? Whatever else we may be ashamed of, we should never be ashamed to proclaim our faith.


Let the Holy Spirit speak. Our opinions do not matter. It is not what we think. We do not know it all. Lets make heaven crowded. Time to stop thinking and start using the holy spirit as our helper. It is time to stop causing too much divisions. We are not victims. It is time to grow up. "Anyone who has to drink milk is still a child, without any experience in the matter of right and wrong. Solid food, on the other hand, is for adults, who through practice are able to distinguish between good and evil." Hebrew 5:13 It is time to pick up your cross and follow Jesus. Chose whom you will serve. "And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve". "But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve. "Whether the gods your ancestors served". "But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord". Joshua 24:14-15 My twins are 16 years old. Being 16 is a challenge in a world that offers destruction. I have always said: “Our preaching on repentance and forgiveness; feels overwhelmed, when we feel not heard; but our actions can bring people closer to God more than any preaching can. “Our actions can reflect Jesus more than words can”. Let us be doers or word, and not hearers only.

Heavenly Father, we come before you by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving. First, we ask for forgiveness. Sorry for not waiting. Sorry for acting like the world. Thank you for every opportunity that you have given us the opportunity to come before you to say; "Sorry" for not having patience to wait". Thank you for your promises and many blessings for those who are faithful to seek you in prayer. Lord, your plans for me are far greater than I could even ask or imagine. Thank you that you have a purpose for me that includes the manifestation of the desires of our heart and even blessings that we never dreamed of. Father God, I know that to receive all you have for us, Lord, we must stay in alignment with your word. I know that if something is missing in our life, we repent for the areas where we missed it. Help us to get back on my way to victory for you. In Butterfly by Grace Mommy and daughter blog we want to obey you and live a life filled with your love for you and others. We commit to you. We are going to begin each day in faith believing in good things, looking at life through the lens of faith, and seeking your will in everything we say and do. Help us wait on you, help stay firm when temptation arrives. Help us remain faithful and truthful to the truth. Give us discernment to know what is of you; and please close the door that is not of you. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen!
